The Kansas City Chiefs moved to 8-1 after taking down the Cleveland Browns on Sunday by a score of 37-21. What was good, what was bad, and what was ugly in this game?

Who would have thought that with a new quarterback taking over that the Kansas City Chiefs would be 8-1 to start the year? That’s just what we’re looking at nine weeks into the season, as the Chiefs added to their win total by handling the Browns this past weekend.

It was yet another offensive output by the Chiefs, who had a total of 499 yards on Sunday. The defense wasn’t great, allowing the Browns to put up a total of 388 yards, but they held them to just three touchdowns.

The Chiefs have been on fire this season, but not everything was worth writing home about this weekend. Let’s take a look at the good, the bad, and the ugly from Sunday’s victory over the Browns.

GOOD: KAREEM HUNT

Kareem Hunt is an easy candidate to put in the GOOD this week. Hunt, a Cleveland native, took it to the Browns by gashing them for 91 yards on the ground and also adding a 50 yard reception to his stat sheet. Hunt finished the day with three total touchdowns.

After a slowish start to the season, Hunt has really taken off over the last month. He’s been electric though the air, but when the Chiefs can get him going on the ground, opposing defenses really don’t have a chance at slowing down this offense.
