Fantasy football enters week nine and there are a ton of great games on tap for this weekend. Who should you start and who should you sit in your leagues?

Can you believe we’re headed into the ninth week of fantasy football and the NFL regular season? The 2018 season sure has flown by! With all of that said, there’s hopefully still time for your fantasy team to rebound if you’ve had a rough go of it to start the year.

There are some great games scheduled for this weekend in the NFL and that means it’ll be a busy week of trying to get your lineup set. There are a whopping six teams on byes this week, meaning it could be a little tougher trying to get certain spots filled for week nine.

Well, as usual, let’s check out my best advice and my worst advice from a week ago. I only had one really bad piece of advice last week, but it was really, really bad.

  • GOOD ADVICE: STARTING PHILLIP LINDSAY AND SITTING COREY CLEMENT

Starting whichever running back is facing the Chiefs continues to pay off, as Phillip Lindsay gashed the Kansas City defense. He notched 20.2 points in ESPN leagues. Most of my Sit ‘Em suggestions were on point.

Lions tight end Michael Roberts was actually my best piece of advice, as he didn’t score any points. Most fantasy footballers probably knew not to start him though, so I went with Corey Clement here, who had just 1.7 points.

    BAD ADVICE: STARTING JAMEIS WINSTON

Well, hopefully you didn’t listen to me when it came to throwing Jameis Winston into your starting lineup because he was awful against the Bengals last week. Winston threw four interceptions, was benched for Ryan Fitzpatrick and has lost his starting job for the time being. That’s some baaaad advice.

Let’s hope I fare better in week nine!
