Kansas City Chiefs: Andy Reid has had major impact on franchise
By Mike Norris
“That’s an individual thing, I’m not really good with that,” he said. “We are about team. I know a lot of people involved with each one of those wins that have been crucial, so, I enjoy it and I appreciate it, but I would tell you it’s everyone. Everyone is involved. I’ve been blessed to be around some good people, players and coaches. Ownership has been phenomenal. I’ve been really blessed to be in a great position and be a part of it.”
The above quote, courtesy of Arrowhead Pride, from Reid after guiding his teams to 200 victories is typical. He’s never been a flashy guy on the sidelines, and he gives credit where credit’s due.
But that doesn’t mean he can’t have fun with his team:

Awful dabbing aside, Reid has been successful ever since he roamed the sidelines as the Philadelphia Eagles head coach in 1999, and it hasn’t gone unnoticed in the football world, especially when it comes to his massively successful coaching tree.
Following his 200th win over the Cincinnati Bengals on Oct. 21, the seven current NFL head coaches who are his proteges sent well wishes in a video.
Those kind words came from seven current NFL head coaches, three of which have coached in a Super Bowl and two who have hoisted the Lombardi Trophy. Even if he never wins the big one as a head coach, he already has given the game so much by grooming other successful head coaches.
But considering the offensive juggernaut he has helped build in Kansas City, it wouldn’t shock anyone if he did indeed win a Super Bowl. This is his best team yet, but the winning didn’t start this season.
