SIT ‘EM – WR

player. 31. . Wide Receiver. Giants. Sterling Shepard. 3

Despite his production in Atlanta last week, Sterling Shepard isn’t a good starting option in week eight. While the Redskins’ best cornerback will be focusing on stopping Odell Beckham, Washington’s secondary as a whole has been pretty good.

Per Fabiano,

"They’ve held enemy slot men to just one touchdown and the third-fewest PPR points (14.1 PPG) in 2018."

Shepard had a dominant performance on Monday Night Football and it’s tough to merit benching him. This could end up blowing up in my face, but the tough Redskins secondary would make me think twice about having Shepard in a starting role this week.

Fade Sterling Shepard in week eight.
