SIT ‘EM – RB

Corey Clement. 2. player. 54. . Running Back. Eagles

When Jay Ajayi was lost for the season, it seemed imminent that Corey Clement would become a stud in the backfield for the Eagles. That hasn’t exactly been the case.

Yes, Clement did well against the Giants, but aside from that performance, he’s been ineffective over the last month (though he was injured for two weeks). Splitting carries with Wendell Smallwood along with a really good Jacksonville run defense are two big reasons why Clement should sit this week out for your team.

Clement notched just 4.2 points against Carolina a week ago and his opponent is even tougher against the run this week. Don’t expect much from Corey Clement in week eight, but keep him on your bench because he is bound to have a few more breakout games for the Eagles.
