Kansas City Chiefs have dominated recent series with Broncos

That carried over into his second start at Denver earlier this month. Mahomes overcame a shaky first half to finish with 304 yards, one touchdown, no interceptions and one left-handed completion.
More impressive was the fact that Mahomes brought his team back from ten points down in the fourth quarter with two touchdown drives in the final 12 minutes to secure a road, Monday Night Football victory over a division rival.
The 6-1 Chiefs currently hold at least a one-game lead on every team in the AFC West, including three on Denver. A likely seventh straight victory over the Broncos on Sunday should put enough distance between the two teams in the battle for a division title.
Mahomes is simply taking the torch from Smith when it comes to the delightful Denver dominance, but he is doing a great job of continuing the recent tradition of winning.
Look for Mahomes, who is 3-0 at Arrowhead in his career, to light up the scoreboard this weekend when the Broncos come to town. Sure, they’ve seen him twice and are coming off a 45-10 beat down of Arizona last week, but anyone can see a train coming from a mile away, the question is, can you stop it?
