Another week, another edition of Start ‘Em, Sit ‘Em for fantasy football! It’s hard to believe it, but six weeks are officially in the books already!

Week seven is underway in the NFL and that means your fantasy football leagues are inching near the halfway mark of the season. By now, you probably are well aware if your team is a playoff contender or not.

If you’re just hanging around .500 though, hopefully you go on a tear here soon! This is the first week where more than two teams will be on their byes, so make sure you’re monitoring your lineup and bench and making changes if a player is off this week.

As usual, let’s get to my best advice and worst advice from last week’s edition of Start ‘Em, Sit ‘Em. All of my Start ‘Em suggestions performed well with the “worst” performer out of that bunch notching 11.4 points in ESPN leagues. I did not do as well with suggesting who to sit.

GOOD ADVICE: STARTING SONY MICHEL AND SITTING GEOFF SWAIM

As mentioned a moment ago, I did pretty well with who I had in my featured Start ‘Ems. While Andrew Luck had the most points out of my five featured players, the quarterback is typically going to score the most points because of what the position entails, so I went with Sony Michel here.

Opposing running backs continued to wreck havoc against the Chiefs defense and Michel totaled 22.6 points in ESPN leagues. Booyah. In my five featured Sit ‘Ems, I advised fantasy footballers not to buy into the Geoff Swaim “hype” just yet and I was right. The Cowboys tight end had just 4.1 points.

BAD ADVICE: SITTING MITCHELL TRUBISKY AND SITTING ALEX COLLINS

Similar to last week, none of my Start ‘Ems did poorly, so I rolled with two of my bad Sit ‘Em suggestions. Mitchell Trubisky didn’t throw six touchdowns this week, but he had 27.3 points. Alex Collins also proved me wrong, totaling 17.4 points in a game where the Ravens smoked the Titans.

How will I fare with my Start Em, Sit Em picks this week? Let’s take a look.
