START ‘EM

Running Back. Broncos. Phillip Lindsay. 1. player. 45.

Rookie Phillip Lindsay is the gift that keeps on giving for fantasy owners. The Colorado product has posted double digit fantasy numbers for three straight weeks now and will look to make it four against a shaky Cardinals run defense.

Arizona has been one of the worst defenses when it comes to stopping the run, which makes Lindsay a very enticing starter for fantasy owners this week. He does split carries with fellow rookie Royce Freeman, but Lindsay appears to be Denver’s go-to guy when it comes to running the ball.

Lindsay has just one rushing touchdown so far this season, but he’s still putting up good numbers. He very well could put up his best numbers of the season on Thursday, but it’ll all depend on A) how Denver splits the carries between him and Freeman and B) If Denver falls behind at some point and are forced to throw more.

ESPN projects Lindsay to score 11.8 points this week, which makes him a must-start for fantasy owners against a bad Arizona D.
