Thursday Night Football takes us to MetLife Stadium this week, as the New York Giants host the Philadelphia Eagles in an NFC East showdown. Who should you start and who should you sit in fantasy football?

Fantasy football is six weeks into the season now and by this point, you should have an understanding of your team’s make-up. For instance, if your running backs are weak, you’re likely scouring the waiver wire to get an upgrade there. At least you should be.

This week’s Thursday Night Football game has a bunch of fantasy football studs, including Giants wideout Odell Beckham and rookie running back Saquon Barkley. Those two have the two highest projected totals per ESPN for this week’s game, so they will not be included on this list.

Chances are if you have either of those guys on your team, you’re going to start them no matter what, even with the Giants offense being a mess right now. Well, the Giants as a whole are a mess honestly.

The NFC East is underwhelming right now, with the 2-2 Redskins leading the division. This very well could be a must-win game for both teams, as the Giants have won just one game so far and the Eagles are really feeling that Super Bowl hangover, sitting at 2-3 through five games.

Who should you look to start and who should you look to sit for Thursday night’s big game? Let’s take a looky loo.
