KC Chiefs: Five things we learned from win over Jacksonville

The KC Chiefs came away with a victory against the Jacksonville Jaguars over the weekend. The win itself wasn’t surprising, but the way the Chiefs pulled it out was.
The Jaguars entered the game with the NFL’s top-ranked defense but it was actually that side of the ball that won the game for the Kansas City Chiefs.
By the time Tuesday rolls around each week of the NFL season, coaches, fans and players have had time to digest what went well, what went wrong and what their team can do better moving forward.
The Kansas City Chiefs sit at 5-0 following a 30-14 victory over the Jaguars, but it wasn’t all pretty. Star quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his squad of superhero skill players jumped out to a 23-0 lead midway through the third quarter, and it seemed okay to start talking about this week’s major matchup with the New England Patriots.
The Jaguars weren’t quite ready to roll over, and at one point had the ball following an onside kick recovery, down just two scores late in the fourth quarter.
The Chiefs defense held to preserve the victory, but the somewhat sloppy second half provided a few more questions heading into Week 6.
