The Kansas City Chiefs moved to 5-0 in 2018 after taking down the toughest defense in the league in the Jacksonville Jaguars. It was a 30-14 Chiefs victory.

Well, for the second straight year, the Kansas City Chiefs are starting off 5-0. The Chiefs, who had been the highest scoring offense, were welcoming in the Jaguars, who were the best defense in the league. Offense trumped defense in this one with the Chiefs winning it 30-14 and being up 20-0 at half time.

Hats off to the Chiefs defense in this one. They played well (for once) and limited the Jaguars to just 14 points despite allowing over 400 yards passing. They also forced a slew of turnovers, which helped the Chiefs in a day when their offense wasn’t as sharp.

With another game in the books, let’s take a look at the good, the bad, and the ugly in the victory against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

GOOD: HARRISON BUTKER

Let’s give the second-year kicker some love to kick (pun intended) things off! Harrison Butker is what dreams are made of when it comes to NFL kickers. After seeing Mason Crosby miss literally every kick for the Packers on Sunday, there should be more Butker jerseys around Kansas City.

The Chiefs offense might not have been at the top of its game on Sunday, but Butker did what was asked of him. He was a perfect three for three on field goal attempts and also went three for three on extra points. Butker continues to be the gift that keeps on giving. Can you believe the Chiefs got this guy off the Panthers practice squad last year?
