FIVE REASONS CHIEFS WILL BEAT THE JAGUARS

NUMBER 3 – BULLETIN BOARD MATERIAL

By the time a player reaches the NFL he shouldn’t need bulletin board material to motive him. However, as KC Kingdom’s Leigh Oleszczak pointed out earlier in the week, when one of the best corners in the league calls you out, how could it not motivate you?

That’s exactly what Jacksonville’s Jalen Ramsey did to Kansas City’s Hill during a press conference leading up to the game, according to John Reid of the Florida Times Union:

The most biting of words during the nearly two minutes of Ramsey’s talk was when he pointed out that Hill was All-Pro in 2016 and a Pro Bowler last year as a return specialist, not a wide receiver, as if to diminish the accomplishments of Hill during his short career.

Of course this came in response to Hill saying Ramsey thinks “high of himself” and is “all right I guess,” per Adam Teicher of ESPN.com.

As Ramsey pointed out, Hill moves around from the slot, to the backfield and occasionally outside, so the two won’t matchup against each other often.

But when they do, ooh, it should be fun.
