START ‘EM – WR

Broncos. Emmanuel Sanders. 3. player. 45. . Wide Receiver

Emmanuel Sanders honestly should have had monstrous numbers last week against the Chiefs, but he only had 45 yards on the evening. It was a disappointing performance, but he has a chance to make it up to his fantasy owners this week. This week is another good match-up for Sanders and he hopefully will put up some good numbers.

Sanders gets a favorable opponent in the Jets who have gotten trounced against slot receivers this year. Per Fabiano of NFL.com,

"Their defense has allowed 38 receptions and the second-most yards to slot recivers this season, which is where Sanders has lined up on 62.1 percent of his routes in four games."

The Jets did not fare well against the Jacksonville passing attack last week so Sanders will get his fair share of opportunities to put up points. Consider this a peace offering from Sanders, who didn’t do as well as fantasy owners had hoped he would last week.
