Fantasy Football: 2018 Week 4 Waiver Wire Players To Add
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tyler Boyd
Head coach Marvin Lewis has finally given his young receivers playing time in the 2018 season, and it’s paid off. Former 2016 second-round pick, Tyler Boyd, has emerged as the clear number two target for quarterback Andy Dalton through three games. If A.J. Green misses any time, Boyd should receive even more attention.
During his Week 3 game against the Carolina Panthers, Boyd hauled in six catches for 132 yards and a touchdown. The Bengals offense has looked more explosive in 2018 following a miserable showing last year. With a better offensive line and some weapons outside of A.J. Green, Dalton is finally given time in the pocket to get the ball down the field.
Boyd would be a great FLEX option if you’re already stacked at wide receiver. He’s been extremely consistent over the first three weeks. With the likes of Green and tight end Tyler Eifert on the field, he’s getting favorable matchups out of the slot. Expect for him to continue his success.
