As the Kansas City Chiefs revel in their defeat of Los Angeles Chargers, let’s take a look at the player from each team that the Chiefs will face.

As the schedule of the Kansas City Chiefs season moves forward, who will be the toughest player from each team on the schedule? The Chiefs have some tough ones, so let’s run through each opponent and see who the Chiefs should worry about. All stats courtesy of ESPN.COM

PITTSBURGH STEELERS

ANTONIO BROWN

For all the damage that running back Le’Veon Bell has done on the Chiefs the past few years, he might not play this Sunday due to his holdout. Let’s be honest, the pass defense for the Chiefs is still atrocious. For as good as the Chiefs offense was this past weekend, the pass defense was that bad. (Every time you snap your fingers, a Chargers receiver drops a pass.)

If the Chiefs are unable to do a better job against the receiving group, one that includes Antonio Brown, JuJu Smith-Schuster and James Washington, the Steelers may very easily be able to open up running lanes for current starter James Conner. If that happens, well, it’s game over.

The Chiefs have a chance regardless of these weapons if they can get to Ben Rothlisberger. They don’t have to sack him, just force him into bad throws. He tossed three picks against the Browns in week one, so it’s not out of the question to think at this point to think perhaps the pass rush is what will be the deciding factor. Because if the Chiefs can’t get close to Roethlisberger, well, there may not be two players that can guard Brown.
