SIT ‘EM – D/ST

. D/ST. Bears. Chicago D/ST. 5. player. 57

Yes, the Chicago Bears added Khalil Mack not long ago, but even then, don’t start them this week. Why, you ask? Well, because the Bears are going up against one of the best quarterbacks in the league in Aaron Rodgers.

Rodgers is a reason to keep the Bears defense, which normally I’d advocate to start, on the bench because he’s just that good. He’ll put up points and it’s doubtful the Bears get to him too much. He’s a wizard at escaping pressure and getting the ball out quickly if need be.

Oh, and did I mention this game is on the road? That seems worth noting.

The Bears might have one of the best defensive units in the league this year, but whenever a defense is going up against a future Hall of Fame quarterback ON THE ROAD, it’d be downright cruel of me to recommend starting them. Keep them on the bench this week.
