Week 16 – Kansas City Chiefs at Seattle Seahawks (Sunday Night Football) (Leigh)

In their final regular season away game of the season, the Kansas City Chiefs head to Seattle to hear what the second loudest fans in football sound like (cheap shot?). The Seahawks aren’t going to be what they used to be, so this is a great chance for the Chiefs to go on the road on Sunday Night Football and leave a tough environment with a W.

The Seahawks no longer have the Legion of Boom, but Russell Wilson is one of the best quarterbacks in the league. He can throw, he can run, and he’s an all-around talented player. There’s a reason he’s already been to two Super Bowls despite being a younger talent at the position.

While the Chiefs theoretically COULD win this game due to Seattle’s defense having dropped off, I think experience is what will get the Seahawks the victory in this one. It’s late in the season, the 12th man will be raucous, and if there are playoff implications on the line, the Seahawks will be more than happy to put the Chiefs in a tougher spot.

Prediction: Russell Wilson takes over and shreds the Chiefs secondary throwing for three touchdowns and rushing for another. Seahawks win 42-31

Standout Player: Kareem Hunt does what he can to keep his team afloat in this one, rushing for over 100 yards and two scores.

RECORD: 10-5
