Kansas State Football begins the season with a warm-up game against South Dakota. These are the five things to watch for on opening day.

The Wildcats start the season tomorrow against South Dakota. What should be a warm-up game before their match with Mississippi State, we should see a nice dose of what this Kansas State Football team can do.

There are tons of questions leading into this game, many of which will be among the % things to watch. Bill Snyder leads his Wildcats for yet another season, and although they are projected to finish sixth in the Big 12 Conference, Snyder has made a habit of proving those low projections wrong year in and year out.

The Big 12 is filled with powerhouse schools such as Oklahoma and Texas, respected teams like TCU, Oklahoma State, and West Virginia. Kansas State is among those being respected, thanks in large part to Bill Snyder. A school with absolutely zero five-star players has won two Big 12 Championships.

The anticipation is over. Football season is officially upon us. The Wildcats are looking to have a stellar year and it all begins with South Dakota. These are your 5 things to look for.
