OAKLAND RAIDERS

WHY THEY WON’T WIN THE AFC WEST

Just two years ago the Raiders had their best season since 2002. So what do the Raiders do not even two years later? Well, they fired head coach Jack Del Rio, got rid of Michael Crabtree, and kept Marshawn Lynch around who isn’t what he used to be.

After canning Del Rio, the Raiders signed Jon Gruden to a ten-year deal worth $100 million because well… This is the Oakland Raiders we’re talking about. They’re about as dysfunctional as one can be.

The Raiders won’t win the AFC West because of that dysfunction and oh yeah… Their defense could be worth than the Chiefs’ this year. The ONLY good player Oakland has, Khalil Mack, is more than likely going to get traded before the season even begins. Without Mack, the Raiders won’t be able to do anything defensively.

Yes, the Raiders have the potential to have a great offense, but their defense is going to be really, really bad and that will prevent them from winning the division.
