Bob Sutton will not be coaching defense for the Kansas City Chiefs

The excuses are running dry. Year after year there are more and more excuses as to why Sutton’s defense looks like garbage. Eventually, that river will have run dry.

The defense has looked so bad that it’s nearly impossible to recognize the good.

The Chiefs defense will return to glory the second he exits Kansas City. Too often the defense has shown nothing. No effort, no preparation, nothing.

Say what you will about the coach, it has been fairly clear for multiple seasons that it is time for a change.

Sutton has been his own worse enemy and at times seems incapable of doing his job.

The Chiefs defense is young. They are extremely talented. Sutton just isn’t the right guy to bring it all out.
