Detroit Lions wide receiver Marvin Jones

One wide receiver that has been quietly becoming one of the least talked about in the fantasy football world is Marvin Jones out of Detroit. Last season Jones eclipsed the 1,000 yard mark for the first time in his season while also adding on nine touchdowns to the stat sheet.

With 1,101 yards in 2017, Jones also led the league in yards per catch a season ago with 18. Another area that Jones had success in was the red zone where he was targeted 18 times. The 2018 season could be even better for Jones as the second most targeted player in the red zone for the Lions in 2017, Eric Ebron, has left for the Indianapolis Colts this offseason.

Without very many reliable options in the Lions offense, Matt Stafford will likely lean on Jones, even more, this season. Especially in the red zone.
