RANKING EVERY QUARTERBACK ON 2018 SCHEDULE

NUMBER 8 – SAM BRADFORD

Some might be irritated that I put Sam Bradford ahead of both Keenum and Taylor, but I think it’s deserving. The big knock on Bradford throughout his career has been his injury problems, not necessarily him being a bad quarterback (though he certainly hasn’t lived up to his number one overall selection).

Bradford is heading into his ninth NFL season and doing so with his fourth team. He’s spent the last two seasons with the Vikings and now is suiting up for the Arizona Cardinals.

Bradford wasn’t necessarily bad for the Vikings last year, but once again, the injury bug bit him and that paved the way for Case Keenum to take over and have the season he did. During Bradford’s two games last season, he threw for 382 yards and three touchdowns with zero interceptions.

The Chiefs and Cardinals won’t meet up until week ten and it’ll take place at Arrowhead Stadium. It’s entirely possible that Bradford could get injured yet again and that rookie Josh Rosen ends up being the quarterback for that game.

If Bradford starts, he’ll give the Birds a good chance to win. It’s just tough to judge with him because of how injury prone he’s been throughout the course of his career.

LAST TIME HE FACED KC: DECEMBER 19, 2010 (This is the only time Bradford has faced the Chiefs actually and it came in his rookie year. He went 21 of 43 for 181 yards and two interceptions in a Rams loss)
