TOUGHEST OPPONENTS IN 2018 – NUMBER 3: FLORIDA GATORS

NOVEMBER 3 IN GAINESVILLE, FLORIDA

Florida has been a very back and forth team these last few years, but they appear to be back on the right track, being picked to finish third in the SEC East. Missouri was picked to finish fourth for what it’s worth.

The Gators had a rough 2017 season and ended up parting ways with their head coach. They brought in Dan Mullen to run things and obviously Florida fans are expecting a quick turnaround with their team.

It’s tied 3-3 between these two teams since MU joined the SEC, with the Tigers winning the last battle. They blew out Florida last year, but that was after two beatdowns by the Gators in 2015 and 2016.

Florida has some hype behind them this year, but they have a new head coach. That could swing things in favor of MU when it comes to this game played near the end of the season.
