When the Kansas City Chiefs hired Andy Reid to be their head coach after the 2012 season wrapped up, it was the beginning of a new era for the organization. The franchise had struggled for years, but Reid was finally going to be a coach who remained with the organization for some time.
Here we are, heading into year six of the Andy Reid era and the Chiefs have accomplished quite a bit. They’ve had a winning record every year, made it to the playoffs in all but one season, and have won the AFC West twice. The Chiefs even won a playoff game back in the 2015 season, which was a huge monkey off their back.
