Watkins is a human highlight reel against Miami

In the second matchup against the Miami Dolphins in 2015, Sammy Watkins put on a show. He once again proved that he was one of the elite pass catchers in the NFL.

Tyrod Taylor completed just 11 of 12 passes on the day, with Sammy Watkins catching eight. Those eight catches turned into a career-high 168 yards and a touchdown in a Bills blowout victory.

Whether it was a sideline catch, a catch across the middle of the field with defenders closing down, or a catch downfield, he was making them all.

The most impressive catch of the afternoon was a deep ball down the far sideline with three defenders near. It wasn’t a clean catch on the run, as he bobbled it not once, but twice. He never took his eye off the ball even though defenders were all over him. He never broke stride either.

His one touchdown catch was a deep ball down the near sideline. Much like Tyreek Hill, if the cornerback crowds the line and he gets by you, he’s gone.
