NUMBER 8: CHRIS CONLEY

The Chiefs took Chris Conley in the third round of the 2015 NFL Draft and since then, the Georgia receiver has gone on to disappoint. He’s yet to show the Chiefs that he can be a legitimate number two option and that’s why the organization went out and signed Sammy Watkins.

Bringing in Watkins and the emergence of Tyreek Hill has pushed Chris Conley into that number three receiver spot. Conley has just 904 yards with one touchdown in his three seasons of work, but it is worth mentioning that he appeared in just five games last year before going down with an ACL injury.

While Conley probably isn’t going to be the top threat for the Chiefs, especially with Hill, Watkins, and Demarcus Robinson on the depth chart, he could still be a nice option to have. He needs to step it up this season and prove it though, which has proved difficult for him in his young career so far.
