Harold Landry wreaks havoc on offenses. With 25 career sacks and ten forced fumbles, the stats just don’t lie. This guy is almost a sure thing in the NFL. There may not be a better pass rusher in this draft.

It’s possible that the Redskins could go in a different direction, but who is going to pass up an edge rusher this good? Exactly. Washington bulks up their defense with this pick.

Staff Reaction: The Redskins defense definitely needs help. I probably would have gone cornerback here, but if they’re taking an edge guy, Marcus Davenport seemed like the better pick. – Scott Steehn
