K-State Football: Wildcats who could be drafted in 2018 NFL Draft
Unlike the past several years, K-State football might not see an early round pick come from the Little Apple this year.
Between D.J. Reed and Byron Pringle, the Wildcats should have at least one player get drafted this year. Both of those guys are probably going to get selected, but it might not be until the final day of the NFL Draft.

It’d be surprising to see Drew Scott get drafted mainly due to his position. Long snappers are plentiful and teams probably won’t feel the need to draft one. Scott should get an opportunity in training camp and during the preseason, but getting drafted is a long shot.
Matthew McCrane has a better chance, though kickers also tend to be undrafted signings by teams. He’ll have a chance to prove himself during the preseason though I’m sure.
Kansas State is proud of all of their players who make it into the pros. While this is a more of a lean year for the Wildcats, there’s no doubt that these guys won’t make an impact in the NFL.
