Drenched in Kansas City favorite Boulevard Brewing Company’s Tank 7 brew, the barbacoa beef compliments habañero queso, charred corn, black beans, pico de gallo and chipotle sour cream on a bed of tortilla chips.
For those wondering, the cheesy brisket-acho will still be available at Kauffman as well. Fans could get one of each version of nachos and see which they prefer. Even if it’s a push, that’s a great excuse to load up on nachos.
