Kansas City Chiefs: Reviewing the 2017 rookies
By Kyle Hull
Defensive End: Tanoh Kpassagnon
The genetic freak out of Villanova, Tanoh Kpassagnon may be the scariest looking dude on the Kansas City Chiefs roster, if not in the NFL. Standing 6 feet, 7 inches tall, and 290 pounds of pure muscle, the raw ability of Kpassagnon makes him one of the most exciting young talent one defensive side of the football.
Tanoh Kpassagnon may look like a big, scary monster, but in reality he is soft-spoken, and incredibly intellegent human-being. From a football standpoint thought, Kpassagnon is incredibly raw. He has not quite figured out how to use his size as an advantage on a regular basis.
The Chiefs need edge rushers, and they need them bad. All eyes turned towards the genetic monster during the season. Eyes with hopes that he could bring a great edge presence to the Chiefs defense.

In his rookie season, Tanoh Kpassagnon had 7 total tackles, off of six assists. He may have had a quiet rookie season, but when he was on the field, I was impressed most of the time. His tall nature, and unheard of speed for his size, gave me reasons to believe he will eventually work out.
If there was any moment during the season when I thought he showed his true potential, was week 17 against the Broncos. Tanoh Kpassagnon had 2 sacks, and those two sacks were scary looking – sort of like his genetic frame.
Tanoh Kpasssagnon was drafted in the second round by the Chiefs, and there is no secret hidden that the future looks promising for the man himself.
