There is speculation that offensive coordinator Matt Nagy will be the new head coach in Indy, following Ballard over, who left in the off-season to become the Colts GM.Needless to say there are other coaching vacancies he would be a top contender for.

Dave Toub has done a spectacular job as Special Teams Coordinator for the Chiefs. Special teams have been a mainly consistent group since Toub arrived. The chances are both of these coaches are elsewhere next season.

Alex Smith had himself his best season to date. Now that the regular season is over, his performance in the playoffs will be magnified. If Smith plays well then both he and the Chiefs gain dividends. All three of the names above should be on their best game.
