Fantasy Football 2017: Start Em, Sit Em for Week 16
Fantasy football season is almost over, as there are just two weeks left of the NFL regular season. Who should you start and who should you sit in crunch time this week?
The 2017 fantasy football season is almost over, but we have two more weeks of NFL regular season action before it concludes. To some, this might be the final week of the season, as a lot of leagues tend to end before week 17 due to a lot of key players sitting out to stay healthy for the postseason.
This might be the championship game for your league and if so, we’re here to help! Before we dive into who to start and who to sit, let’s take a look at my biggest hit and biggest miss from last week’s edition.
LEIGH’S HIT OF THE WEEK – STARTING CAM NEWTON
It wasn’t a tough call when putting Cam Newton as your starting quarterback in week 15, as he had the Green Bay Packers defense to shred. He ended the day with four touchdown passes and rushed for over 50 yards on the day.
LEIGH’S MISS OF THE WEEK – SITTING CHIEFS DEFENSE
The Chiefs defense looked like how we all thought they’d look when they hosted the Chargers this past Saturday night. They picked Philip Rivers off three times and recovered a fumble. Oh yeah and they also sacked Rivers multiple times. Can you really blame me for advocating benching them though? Especially against the-then red hot Chargers.
With that out of the way, let’s dive into the second to last edition of Start ‘Em/Sit ‘Em for 2017.
