. . SPECIAL TEAMS. B-.

I’m giving the special teams a B- because of one big mistake. That mistake was not recovering the onside kick, which is now the SECOND time this has happened to the special teams this season. The first time was in week two against the Eagles where Carson Wentz almost led an Eagles comeback.

This time it wasn’t as big of a mistake, as the Raiders were down by quite a bit, but had this been just a one possession game, that’d have been unforgivable.

The rest of the special teams was fine. Harrison Butker continued to be the pickup of the season, nailing four field goals and giving the Chiefs 12 of their 26 points. He is the gift that keeps on giving.

Oh, and Dustin Colquitt was good. Dave Toub has a good unit, but they need to improve their onside kick skills because if that ends up costing Kansas City in the playoffs, Chiefs fans are going to be rabid.
