#3 Receivers have to get open

Another factor for Alex Smith and the offense to be successful is pretty obvious, but needs to be stated none-the-less. Tyreek Hill & Travis Kelce are both among the top receivers in the NFL. Kareem Hunt is our next best option, but in case you didn’t notice, he is a running back. The bulk of his receiving yards came in two games.

Which begs the question, who else will step up and catch passes for Alex Smith? So between DeMarcus Robinson and the rest of the Kansas City receiving corps, someone needs to step up and get open to give Kelce and Hill some breathing room.
