Fantasy Football 2017: Thursday Night Football Start Em, Sit Em Week 14
START ‘EM
Devonta Freeman had his work cut out for him last week against a very good Vikings run defense. He fared nicely, rushing 12 times for 74 yards, but not finding the end zone.
Even though the Saints did a good job at stopping the Panthers rushing attack last week, the Falcons are a different breed. New Orleans surrendered over 50 yards rushing to Cam Newton, who is Carolina’s biggest rushing threat.
Freeman had been banged up before last week, but the Falcons top running back didn’t miss a beat. He wasn’t used much in the passing game, but that could change this week.
While the Saints defense has improved, Freeman should still put up decent numbers this week in a must win game for his team.
