CON NUMBER TWO – CHEMISTRY

Chemistry is vital when having a great team. This is the same team we see struggling, that were once the best team in the NFL. When the team went 5-0, chemistry had plenty to do with it. Smith has been playing with this team for five seasons now, and he helped build this winning culture.

This winning culture in Kansas City is something that was missing for far too many seasons in Kansas City. In 2013, when Reid and Smith entered Kansas City, things seemed to be going great.

Until Smith started up his far-too-conservative play style, this offense looked to be clicking on all cylinders. Even though Smith plays too conservative at times, he still is looked upon to be a leader, just as he has the last few years in Kansas City.

So, putting in a new quarterback signaling the offense, could show growing pains early on, and to step us back further from the playoff contentions. If there is enough desperation looming around Chiefs Kingdom, and they simply just want Smith off of the football field, chemistry does not matter.
