It is that time to be a little thankful for the little things in life, such as family, friends, pets, and of course, Kansas City Chiefs football.

That’s right – Kansas City Chiefs football. Let’s be honest folks, if you are taking the time to read this article, even with the cliché, and stereotypical Thanksgiving-like title, Chiefs football is obviously a must-need for you.

From an honest standpoint, I don’t blame you. I find myself enjoying a good highlight reel of Chiefs football, probably more than the healthy amount.

Perhaps a positive-vibed article is a must read, after the slandering, and the bashing of the Chiefs recently. In all actuality, they probably deserve it. But, let’s not forget about reasons why we need to stick around, and be thankful.

Today is the perfect day to take the time to be thankful for the franchise, and all that it gives us in return. Reading on, I created a list to get you started on reasons to love the team, and be thankful. Because let’s be honest here – it is truly a blessing to be a Chiefs fan.

REASONS TO BE THANKFUL – TRAVIS KELCE

There is always an ongoing debate in the NFL when it comes to the tight end position: Who is the best tight end in the league?

In my opinion, the argument is fairly simple. The best tight end in the NFL is the Chiefs very own Travis Kelce.

Rob Gronkowski, Zach Ertz, Kyle Rudolph are some names with reasonable arguments. But, the versatility in Kelce, and the firy personality make him stand alone, stand alone above all others.

Kelce blocks like a tight end, he runs routes and catches passes like a wide receiver, and runs with the ball like an above-average speed fullback.

Kelce’s game created mismatches beyond control for opposing defenses. His game as a whole sounds like a Create-A-Player on the Madden video games that I would have made back in grade school.

The man has it all. He plays football for a living, he loves life, and I mean the dude had his own TV show last year about deciding a on a girlfriend.

Once again, Kelce is the best tight end in the NFL, and I will not take any arguments. To tie this all together – owning the best tight end in the NFL is a reason to be thankful.
