Any time a defense is going up against the Browns, YOU START THEM! The Lions get that luxury this week and their defense is one of the better ones in the league for sure.
I shouldn’t have to explain to you in all of the ways that facing the Browns is a dream come true for defenses, but this stat from Michael Fabiano of NFL.com should cover up anything in case you’re still debating.
"Defenses that have faced Cleveland have finished in the top 10 in points at the position six different times, and none has finished worse than 13th this season."
The Lions defense looked good against the Aaron Rodgers-less Packers and they get to continue facing mediocre offenses with the Browns. Fantasy football owners should be running to start the Detroit Lions in the defensive spot this week.
