Johnson’s thoughts on rookie phenom Kareem Hunt

Following his response about the team, I found perfect timing to ask the former running back, about the current running back in Hunt.

"“What he (Kareem Hunt) said about wearing our number validated everything I said and hoped he would do. I’m impressed by him. Finally a tough RB (running back).”"

Wow – take it as you want, but I sure get the sense that Johnson loves what Hunt has to offer on the football field.

Following his kind words about Hunt, I was sure to let Johnson know that watching another 27 in the backfield gives ongoing desires to go and re-watch Johnson’s highlight tape as a Chief.

Shortly after I told him this, sparked a “tweet of the year” candidate in my book.

"“Well he definitely saves me the trouble of recreating myself on Madden”."

What Johnson is implying is he now is able to use Kareem Hunt on his video game console at home, and not have to worry about re-incorporating himself back into the video game world. This is very clever if you ask me.
