Fantasy Football 2017: Start Em, Sit Em for Week 9
SIT ‘EM
Eric Ebron has not been good this year. He has just 15 receptions for 160 yards and a touchdown through six starts. For people who still own Ebron, they must really be waiting for that breakout game to get here.
Ebron’s best game this season came in week two when he had five catches for 42 yards and a touchdown. Since them, the former North Carolina tight end hasn’t found the end zone and only had more than 50 yards once, which came last week against the Steelers.
The Packers defense isn’t all that great, but they’ve been surprisingly effective against opposing tight ends. They limited Coby Fleener of the Saints to just two catches for 22 yards and Kyle Rudolph to five catches for 47 yards.
We’re at the halfway mark of the season, so if you’re still holding onto Eric Ebron, you must be in a tight spot. It might be time to look elsewhere at the position.
