Fantasy Football 2017: Thursday Night Football Start Em, Sit Em Week 8
Is there another NFL team that needs to draft a running back more than the Baltimore Ravens do next year? Right now, the position is a total mess and not one I’d mess with starting in fantasy football.
Alex Collins led the team in rushing last week against Minnesota, carrying the football ten times for just 30 yards. Javorius Allen had the next most with six carries for 20 yards.
Simply put, I wouldn’t trust Baltimore’s running back situation and if you have any of them on your team, I’d keep them on the bench. The running game as a whole was held to 64 yards last week against the Vikings, which to be fair, is a really good defense.
Miami allowed under 100 yards rushing to New York last week and should be more than capable of containing Collins, Allen, and whoever else the Ravens decide to trot out there on Thursday night.
