The Kansas City Chiefs have lost their last two games by a combined seven points. There is no reason to be selling on them right now as we know they will bounce back soon. Injuries and a short week are more to blame for the Chiefs struggles than anything else.
Kansas City has already proven their worth this year, beating top teams like New England and Philadelphia. So I’m not going to overreact to these past two weeks. In both games, the Chiefs were very much in it until the end, and you could tell that injuries had taken their toll.
Expect KC to rebound this week against the Broncos. Andy Reid and the team have gotten a few extra days to rest and game plan. Reid has a strong track record when it comes to that, so expect some adjustments to have been made and for this team to be ready to play.
