Kareem “The Dream” Hunt

The steal of the draft, rookie of the year candidate, record breaker, and everything in between are some simple ways to introduce rookie running back Kareem Hunt.

Honestly, who would have thought Hunt would be doing the things he is doing during his rookie campaign? Perhaps later in his career, but not during his first seven NFL games, right? A third round pick hidden in Toledo University, uncovered by the Kansas City Chiefs scouting personnel, Hunt has opened eyes game, after game.

“The steal of the draft, rookie of the year candidate, record breaker, and everything in between are some simple ways to introduce rookie running back Kareem Hunt.”

Losing Jamaal Charles, it seemed the Chiefs would be in the searching process for a true franchise running back for some time.

However, Hunt quieted down those talks with his one-of-a-kind performances.

In every game, Hunt has had over 100 yards on the field, which of course is an NFL record.

So, despite the two losses, Chiefs Kingdom should be happy to say “Kareem Hunt is my running back”. He puts this offense in a great position moving forward.
