Kansas Basketball: Six takeaways from exhibition game vs Mizzou
By Kyle Hull
The 2017 Kansas Jayhawks are as explosive as ever
Well, that was a fun way to get the season rolling. A victory against one of the biggest rivals in all of college basketball is more than pleasurable.
It was not necessarily the victory itself that made it so refreshing – it was how the team won. The hot shooting, 93 points in their first game, and the depth on the bench makes the Jayhawks look again like the best team in the nation.

From now until the regular season, the Jayhawks will only get better. There is talent within every position, and a head coach such as Self to help the team – watch out.
For now, I will enjoy the win over the Tigers, but I know that the sky is the limit for this team, and they are just getting started.
Rock Chalk Jayhawk.
