Who are these New Orleans Saints we’ve had the pleasure of watching this past month? They’re 3-0 after starting off 0-2 and both their offense and defense appear to be clicking.
Mark Ingram had an amazing game last week against the Lions, putting up 114 yards and two touchdowns. See, the Saints didn’t need Adrian Peterson! They’ve got Ingram and Alvin Kamara, both of whom are producing mightily at the running back spot.
This week, the Saints will travel to Green Bay to face a Packers defense that has allowed double digit points to running backs frequently this season. In other words, they’re not very good, and Mark Ingram will likely run all over them.
The biggest knock on Ingram is that he does split carries with rookie Kamara, but both will see ample time running the football. Both are easy starting options this week for your team.
