Kansas City Chiefs vs Oakland Raiders
Three Players To Watch
While there are numerous story lines to watch this week, the Kansas City Chiefs won’t get anywhere without some solid individual performances. It ultimately comes down to the guys on the field. Here are the three Chiefs to watch this week.
Kareem Hunt – RB: Controlling the ball and the clock is how the Chiefs have consistently managed to beat the Raiders in recent years. That means you can expect Kareem Hunt to play a major role in this week’s game. He should get a lot of carries this week, and needs to turn them into solid gains.
Demarcus Robinson – WR: Chiefs fans got frustrated last week with the inability of Alex Smith and Demarcus Robinson to get on the same page. With some more practice time under their belt, we should see an improvement this week. Robinson has the natural talent, but he needs to turn that into real production.
Terrance Mitchell – CB: The Raiders top receiving threat this year is Michael Crabtree. Like we have seen from other teams, Oakland will likely line their top receiver up against Terrance Mitchell rather than Marcus Peters. Mitchell has come up with some big plays this year, but has also struggled. We need him to have a big game.
