Harrison Butker has been quite the find for the Kansas City Chiefs. They stripped the rookie off the Panthers practice squad two weeks ago and he’s been a gem.
Butker is the only player to get an A this week and deservedly so. I could have awarded an A to special teams in general, especially with their muffed kick recovery. I thought it’d be better to reward it just to Butker, as he continues to shine for this Chiefs team.

Butker went a perfect two for two on field goals and also converted on the lone extra point attempt. The Chiefs should have kicked the field goal when they were down 12-3, especially with how well Butker has performed early in his career. I was confused by that decision, but more on that later.
Kickers are an important position to have in the NFL and Butker is already emerging as one of the best in the league.
