Bruised, battered, and unbeaten. The Kansas City Chiefs outscored the Houston Texans to go 5-0.

The Kansas City Chiefs took a trip south to face Deshaun Watson and the Houston Texans under the lights on Sunday Night. On this Day After the Chiefs still find themselves the only unbeaten team in the NFL. It came at a price however. Overshadowed by the season-ending injury to J.J. Watt, the Chiefs lost Travis Kelce with a concussion, Chris Conley to what appeared to be an Achilles injury, and plenty of other bangs and bruises.

Alex Smith was brilliant all night and Tyreek Hill gave football fans a gift on Sunday Night Football. In the end the Chiefs did enough to stay perfect on the season.

Deshaun Watson had five touchdown passes in the game, most coming in the 4th quarter. Deandre Hopkins caught three of those passes as he had a tremendous 2nd half.

Harrison Butker made all five of his attempts, making him eight of nine in his two weeks as a Chief.

A whole lot happened in this game, so let’s get right to it.
