A. . TE. Kansas City Chiefs. TRAVIS KELCE

The Washington Redskins had no answer for Travis Kelce, who racked up seven receptions for 111 yards and a touchdown. He even took a snap and converted a first down late in the game, which was a big play.

[Kelce] seems to really rev it up during these primetime games, which is great to see.

Kelce dodged a personal foul call, but after watching the play later, it looked like the defender stepped into his celebration. There was no flag on Kelce there, but had he gotten one, it would have been his third in four games. He also wouldn’t have an A on this report card, which I’m sure would have just devastated him.

Kelce was limited to just one yard last week in Los Angeles, but bounced back in a big way this week. He seems to really rev it up during these primetime games, which is great to see. Kelce finally gives Kansas City a compelling figure for other teams to root against and it’s been awhile since we’ve had that here.

This was a stellar outing from Kelce and I hope to see him flourishing in the bright lights of primetime next weekend as well.
