So maybe I was wrong ~ Charles
If you are a regular on the Kansas City Chiefs Twitter scene, you know who Charles Penn is, and what a “Charles Tweet” is. Charles has not hid his disdain for Alex Smith at all. However, he’s had to swallow some of his takes recently as Smith has looked great.
Since the owner, head coach and GM have said that Alex Smith is the QB in 2017, I won't be back @ Arrowhead until a change is made. Have fun

To his credit, Charles has absolutely owned up to the fact that Alex Smith is completely smashing the narrative. That says quite a bit about how Smith is playing when some of his most vocal critics are starting to back off.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this of course. The second that Alex Smith has a bad game, I’m sure we’ll get a whole slew of “Charles Tweets” about how he was right all along. In the meantime, gotta respect the fact that Charles owned up to being wrong…for now.
